Step 1. We had to get a 2 pieces of paper with the star on the front.

Step 2. Then we had to get a plan piece of paper. 

Step 3. After that we had to trace the paper with the star on to the plan piece of paper.

Step 4. once we traced the star we got to draw some designs inside the star .

Step 5. when you finish the designing you can colour it in.

Step . After  you can cut the stars out.

Step 7. Then you glue it on a black piece of paper and cut it out.

Comprehension Questions

I.A.L.T upload my learning task and write about it

Today our reading group task was to  answer Comprehension Questions about the 

solar panel and the sun text we had to read. To find the answers we had to read the text. We had to write a sentences what it is or about it 

Here is my one:

Power from the Sun - Comprehension Questions

 

1. What is energy from the sun called?	The energy from the sun is called solor energy.
2. Why is the sun important to us?	The sun gives us heat and light. Without the sun, there would be no life on Earth.
3. Why are solar panels usually placed on roofs of buildings?	The panels are placed of the roof of building when the sun is out and shines on the solar planes.
4. Name three kinds of renewable energy.	Wind power and Hydro - electric and solar energy
5. Why do the children have to work hard to save power?	They check that the lights are switched off in the hallway.

I really enjoyed writing it and reading the book to get the answers. It was not easy, but i got a little bit of help from one of my friends.

Today me and my class when down to kiwi can. we played electricity. electricity is a games that you have to hold hands and squeeze each other hand and you got to get back to the one how squeeze your hand we had a time to see how long we could. And the other game that we played was netball but a different way.

This morning we went down to Kiwi can to play games and learn values. We played three rounds of master tag we also played a game called good or bad we and our last game was called bandage, bandage is a game where you have 4 players that are the taggers and everyone else has to run away,
 we played these games because our values for the term was Integrity, our catchphrase for the week was right is right even when nobody is doing it, wrong is wrong even if everybody is doing it, that was our catchphrase for the week, we got a three today because we were being good especially because it was our first time back.
